Taking a conscious look at what we believe can be very enlightening, shedding light on why we think and act the way we do. Ultimately, what you believe is true for you.What you believe becomes your perception of reality. So it is vital to have beliefs that support and work for you.

Let me give you an example. If someone has a core belief that they are not good enough (a surprisingly common one) they will be unconsciously looking for truths which support that belief, and adding reasons to build on why this is ‘true’.

Changes can be quick and easy. Are you ready to emerge?

So, at their appraisal at work they will mostly hear and pull out any negatives from the conversation that support their belief about not being good enough at their job, therefore strengthening this belief.

Negative beliefs sit at a mostly unconscious level, running programmes which we are not always aware of, but which hamper our progress and work against us.

How can you change a negative belief?
