This course will take place on Wednesday evenings, online (up to 90 minutes).
We will be together Live on Zoom within a small supportive group.
There will be a WhatsApp group to check in with me and the other members, if you have questions or need support in-between.
Teaching will be recorded on Zoom (just for us) so you can catch up should you miss any.

I am dedicated to helping others let go of stress and anxiety, to live happier lives and to feel freedom of being without it!
I know you can do it because I did it myself after a decade of anxiety.
I got into this work because I suffered from severe anxiety myself at a younger age. I understand first-hand how it can affect the different areas of our lives such as relationships, work and socialising.
During my eighteen years of practice, I have supported hundreds of people break the cycle of stress, anxiety and overwhelm, enabling them to enjoy life being more calm and present, which brings more confidence, too.
I am excited to be sharing proven techniques that have worked for my anxious clients in this 4 week course. A small, friendly group sharing the journey together.
