The Visible Empath is a four week course to empower highly sensitive / creative / spiritual business women to share their gifts with the world!

What's the structure?

This course will be live and interactive with training on Monday evenings and a live Q & A on Friday evenings (on Zoom).

There will be a private FB group where we can share our experiences and ask questions.

Week One

  1. Diving into what is hindering us from being visible
  2. Re-framing our doubts and fears

Week Two

  1. Having a go at filming ourselves
  2. Looking at what came up for us and what we would like to improve on

Week Three

  1. Creating a short pre-recorded video for our audience and sharing it
  2. Q & A on how this went and what could work better next time

Week Four

  1. Bringing it all together.
  2. Keeping up momentum, beyond the course

What's Included?

  • Weekly coaching and Q 7 A's - all Live with me, online.
  • Support such as visualisation and gentle techniques to move through blocks and become more confident, such as EFT Tapping.
  • Self enquiry exercises and journal prompts.
  • I will provide practical tips about filming yourself in the best light - lighting, angle, background, etc.
  • Connection and cheer-leading from the women in the course.

How is this course different from other Visibility courses?

  • I have been supporting sensitives and empaths for almost 20 years, in my private practice
  • I create video myself and have understanding of the process, being a sensitive (I dreaded it before I started trying it out, but found it to be an exercise in self-love and acceptance, which actually moved me through my own blocks and wounds). It can become enjoyable! I'm not perfect but am okay with being a work in progress! ;o)

  • Trying to be someone you are not
  • Doing activities that are WAY out of your comfort zone
  • Being put on the spot
