I have been supporting clients with anxiety related issues for almost 20 years now.
I experienced chronic anxiety when I was younger and understand how it can affect different areas of our lives, such as
- Having to miss out on special events with friends and family.
- Work absence or feelings of overwhelm when you are there.
- Generally feeling low on energy or depressed.
- Not sleeping properly.
- Fatigue or exhaustion.
- Not progressing in career or enjoying the things you want to do in life due to fear.
- Experiencing nervousness, panic attacks, feeling stressed, worried overwhelmed or all of the above, sometimes on a daily basis!
Anxiety can become so ingrained that we cannot imagine feeling normal again.
The good news is that from my own experience and that of my clients, I can tell you it is absolutely possible to release anxiety and learn to manage your emotions so that you can be calm, centred and like yourself again.
My sessions can take you out of the cycle of anxiety and of being in 'fight or flight' mode and back to experiencing more calm and joy. Releasing stress and anxiety is such a relief.
