How does the path ahead feel, is it bright and breezy or full of apprehension and uncertainty?

If we have experienced difficult times in the past it can be difficult to move forward with confidence and ease.

I’m Tabitha, I am a sensitive, empath and lightworker who has been supporting people for over 15 years to live calmer, happier lives.

In my early twenties, I suffered from daily anxiety and panic attacks. Fears and phobias ruled my life.

It wasn’t until I discovered Kinesiology that I was able to get to the root causes of my fear and to heal events and traumas on a deep level and finally start to climb out of the restrictive habits that had held me back from living, for almost a decade.

This opened up a whole new world of spirituality for me personally too, which explained so much of why I am so sensitive.

I couldn’t have known at school or college that my vocation was to be a healer!
